Aliases
Numerous aliases have been given to me throughout my life. Most of my family calls me Dave or D.A. (the A is derived from my middle name, Anthony) but when I go to school its a different story. I've been called Channel 5, Lil' JJ and D-Wh@t. Here's how I got each one...
Channel 5 - I received this alias after I said in class that I would like to become a news reporter and my deep voice, some females started calling me that and soon everyone caught on to it. Channel 5 is the a Fox news station.
Lil' JJ - Due to the popularity of the Nickelodeon comedy Just Jordan, Jordan Lewis' (aka Lil' JJ) is known by many people. After his show started to catch everyone's attention, many people have compared me to him and notice that we both share some resemblance. My peers at school are not the only ones that call me that, as people out in the public call me that as well. I was even approached by someone for an autograph, seriously LOL.
D-Wh@t - Pronounced dee watt, D-Wh@t is a combination of my first and last name. This is usually used on my MySpace page and every now and then, my friends and family may call me this.
About Me
I was born on December 5, 1992, same as Walt Disney. I was born within Fort Stewart military in Hinesville, GA. Yes I am a proud military brat. In fact, my family has served in WWII, the Gulf War, as well as Iraq. Bringing your attention back to me, I have a somewhat intimidating voice at the wonderful age of 15. This voice makes people think that I am a older person, which has caused a plenty of awkward moments with my pass girlfriends (HAHA). It also causes some people to think that I am violent which I am the complete opposite of. Moving on, I am a great student A's and B's on the report cards. I HAD somewhat of a singing voice (I was the chorus in the 4th grade) but I don't know where that went. I can play the keyboard by ear (in other words, I have to hear a song several times to play it). Many people say I look like Lil' JJ. I am a computer wiz and I am great with technology. Since I have a big mouth, deep voice and intermediate computer skills, I decided to use these abilities by getting a job in doing the morning announcements when I was in the 7th and 8th grade. I stayed consistent with this when I transitioned from middle to high school and towards the end of the year, I was given a chance to host the annual fashion show, in which, many told me I did a great job (not to brag). Currently, I am a sophomore and if the opportunity presents itself this year, I plan on doing the morning announcements this year. I am a very funny and happy-go-lucky guy. . I love to crack jokes with friends and family. I can be your best friend or your worst nightmare, so you choose. No drugs, no drinking... Clean liver and clean mind. For college, I plan on getting a Mass Communications degree at the University of Southern Illinois so that I can be a news broadcaster as well as an engineer behind the scences. In conclusion, I am a great guy to get to know and love. If you want to know more just ask, I don't bite.
I'd Like to Meet
I like to meet presidential hopeful and presumptive Democratic Party nominee, Barack Obama. He making endeavors that affect not only African-Americans but other minorities as well. He's showing that he's willing and able to make changes not only within this country and to repair the United States' foreign affairs. I wish him the best come November 3.
I would also like to meet Tyler Perry. He makes many hilarious and dramatic movies and I would like to meet him or become and understudy.
Other people that I would like to meet are Larry King, Lil' JJ, Will Smith, Micheal Bay and Steven Spielberg.
Interests & Hobbies
Some of my interest and hobbies are playing various sports such as baseball, basketball, football and dodgeball. Of course since I'm a guy I watch these sports as well as play videos games. But ladies don't be discouraged as I too can be romantic, cook, clean up after myself, let the toilet seat down (LOL) and sit down and watch a movie. I'm also interested in card games, my grandma has taught me how to play Spades, I Delclare War, Gin, and Solitaire (and yes I know that you can only play Solitaire by yourself). From time to time, I play my keyboard. I've composed a song called "Oh How I Love You" but I'm having a tough time with the lyrics. I'm very outgoing and if I don't kill my dad while trying to learn how to drive, I plan on going on more often as I have lived a someone sheltered teenage life so far. These are just a few things I like to do if you want to know more then get @ me.

I recently purchased a 8GB MP3/MP4 player so that I can stream all of my favorite songs from Kayne West, T.I., Lupe Fiasco, Young Jeezy, Jay-Z, John Legend, Jill Scott, Busta Rhymes, Luther Vandross, Kool & The Gang, Tech N9ne, M.I.A., David Banner, Usher and various artist whose genres include Rap, Jazz, Hip Hop/Jazz, R&B, Techno, Underground Rap, Rock, Lite Rock, and Heavy Metal.
Flicks
I generally like all genres of film, even some indie (Independent) flcks. I sometimes can't stand gory flicks but I somehow manage to watch them and sleep fine. Some of my favs would include, (District) B13, the Fast and The Furious series, Wanted, Boyz In The Hood, Jungle Fever (I had a case of that once, her parents gave me an immunization shot, however it may be coming back this year), Saw series, Terminator series, Roll Bounce, Jumper, I Am Legend, I Robot, Independence Day, Hancock, Dr. Dolittle series and many, many others.
DaveTube
I generally watch Cartoon Network (mainly for Robot Chicken & Family Guy), Nickelodeon, Disney Channel, ABC Family, all of the ESPN channels, The N, FOX, MTV and VH1 for all of my television enjoyment. Nick for Just Jordan, iCarly (yes iCarly), Drake & Josh, Home Improvment, George Lopez, Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and Dora the Explorer (just kidding). Disney for Suite Life of Zack & Cody, DCOM (Disney Channel Original Movies), Phil of the Future, Phineas & Ferb and some of their other shows. ABC Family for The Secret Life of The American Teenager. Degrassi & That 70s Show on The N. All the sports shows on the ESPN networks. FOX for the news (Yes, I watch the news.) and The Moment of Truth. I get my reality tv fix from both MTV and VH1. I even check out TV Land from time to time to watch some old reruns of The Cosby Show and The Jeffersons, just to name a few.

Books
I've never understood why my reading level is so high (12.9+ on a scale of 1 to 12 with 1 being 1st grade and 12 being 12th grade) and I don't read novels or books. The only reading material that I read outside of school is my SI (Sports Illustrated) and news that appears the the Yahoo! home page before I check my e-mail. I periodically watch CNN and got to it to view current news and for my weekly blog,
Whatley-tics. I generally read anything that captures my attention but in the future I may start to read more so that I'll have something to talk about amongst my friends and family.
Heroes
